Kentucky Gourd Art Show
The theme for 2013 is  "Doodlin Around With Gourds"

Location:  Spencer County Elementary School
1265 Mt. Washington Rd. - which is KY Hwy 44 West of downtown Taylorsville.  Watch for the Gourd Show signs to help you find the turn.  The road is a little twisty once you get out of town, so be careful! 

Time:  10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Workshops:  begin at 9:00 a.m.  and 1:00 p.m.  Look for a complete list of workshops under the "Workshops" tab. 

Exhibits: will be on display in the school cafeteria.  Last year there were 800+ exhibits for viewing.  Our entrants continue to amaze us with their creativity & skills. 

Vendors will be selling dried gourds, seeds, plants, gourd supplies/materials/books, and beautifully crafted finished gourds. 

Food will be available outside during show hours. 

Garage Sale  Check out the bargains on gourd making supplies & miscellanous treasures!  Donated by KGS members. 

Saturday Night Banquet features awards, silent auction and entertainment - starts at 5:30 p.m.  - purchase tickets in advance.

Breakfast starts at 7:30, followed by Gourd Auction:  Earn and track your gourd dollars based on event participation.  Come spend your gourd dollars at the auction.  (Purchase tickets in advance.)
